  • Abstract
    Present methods of solving the distribution of the field of charged ring are mostly analytical solutions by which it is difficult to obtain the potential of the field at arbitrary location. By numerical integration, however, we can obtain numerical solution of the potential of the field at arbitrary location. In this paper, we discuss the distribution of the field of elliptical charged ring model by numerical integration and then plot the figures to reveal the relationship between the potential and elliptical coordinates. Therefore, an efficient scheme to solve the distributions of the field of general models is suggested.
