  • Abstract
    Generally, the special working environment of cranes brings forward some particular requirements for the design of scene displaying of crane operator training simulator. This paper firstly introduced some traditional scene displaying methods. Corresponding 3D description and analysis were given. Then considering the operating environment characters of the crane¿s operator, comparison and evaluation for the traditional methods were given by several important vision exhibition properties. In order to solve their shortage, a new Augmented Virtuality (AV) displaying scheme was proposed. Its basic idea and principle were set forth. Some disadvantages and their resolving approaches were also mentioned simply.
