Abstract
Study of live cells using AFM are hampered by cell deformation and tip contamination. This problem can be partially solved by using Tapping Mode AFM. Most studies on nanomanipulation using AFM were carried out in ambient conditions and few of them were carried out under liquid. Under the assistance of the augmented reality system, manipulations of live cells in liquid becomes feasible.
