Abstract :
Relative position between processing factor of processed spares and machining cutter to be fixed and maintained is the main function of machining fixture, which is decomposed location function and clamp function and connection function between machining and its fixture and presetter and introduction function as well as division function in this paper, Consequently function tree of machining fixture design to be formed. Morphological matrix of conceptual design for drilling fixture is constructed according to function tree of machining fixture design and its specific design requirements. Concept of fuzzy distance measure is introduced to decide the final ranking of alternatives. To avoid the combination explosion, an algorithm-based heuristic solving strategy is subsequently proposed by defining the heuristic evaluation function as a fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making.
