Automation works flow of payphones communication operator´s

The paper is dedicated to problems and features of automating work flow and electronic document management of the payphones of a communication operator. The main business processes, information-satiated works, functions of the payphone network and the path of their automation are described. The problems and main steps of modeling and analysis needing for workflow system design are described. The principal architecture of workflow, their structure, problems of integrating workflow technology with corporate database, database dictionary, automated working place setting according to individual needs are considered. The technology and organizational aspects of work flow control and electronic document management and security are described
