  • Abstract
The processing of the problem statement is one of the most important steps in solving any task (including scientific problems), due to its effect on mathematical apparatus selection and the character of further application of models, algorithms, and synands processing and analysis tools. Synands are perceived as set of signals, data, and knowledge. Since there are different methods for synands analysis, it is not always possible to determine an eligible method, especially if the explorer is not a specialist in the field of synands processing and analysis. Hence it is necessary to automate the process of problem formalization and synthesis of an algorithm for its solution. The technology, principles of construction and structure of similar adaptive automated systems of problem solving algorithm statement and synthesis are considered. The problem of data processing and interpretation of results in conditions of a priori uncertainty about formal problem representation, the algorithm of its solution, attendant conditions of synands finding and representation are discussed
