Abstract :
With the incidence of lightning radiation field, the shielding effectiveness of reinforced concrete is evaluated. A rigorous method to calculate the electromagnetic fields in building is proposed based on the equivalence theorem and MoM. For more efficient calculation of GSI, a self-adaptation sampling approach to find appropriate sampling path and determine the number of sampling point is also presented. The effects of several factors on the lightning radiation electromagnetic fields in building are analysed too.
