Abstract
In this article problem of low-power SPT development actualite is considered. The main requirements for this thruster class are represented. Some methods of low-power Hall thruster developing and their advantages and disadvantage. The test results and main parameters of new law-power thruster laboratory model SPT-20M are represented. Comparative characteristics of SPT model and law power hollow thrusters developed by leading world specialists is shown.
