Abstract :
Starting with the current situation and development of electric power equipment information administration, structured a networked electric power equipment images management information system that is safe, reliable and efficient to run. System is on basic of B/S structure, realizes dynamic interactive Web application based on MVC frame, adopting SIFT algorithm to carry out fast matching, realize retrieval and classification for equipment photographs in image database, program execution of BLOB interface aiming at JDBC achieved storage, display for equipment photograph and relevant information. In addition, malfunction administration module is able to add abnormal equipment information such ad exceed the time limit with the service life or consumer thinks false to abnormal form, warn of operators at the regular time.
