Abstract :
The paper consists of two parts dealing with the questions of design of a cylinder cam profile and synthesis of a technological machine optimal cyclogram. In part 2 two new methods of calculation of the cylinder cam groove profile are given in this learned work. The 1 st method consists in the carrying out of the cam groove profile correction, which has been calculated using the existing methods. The authors of this research work offer the schemes and the formulas which allow one to calculate the rotation angle of the rocker and the values of the present coordinates of the rocker, if this point moves along an arc of a circle. To give the smooth and continuous curves the authors made use the methods of interpolation of splines to the 5 th power. The 2nd method is a reverse one. In part 2 state-of-the-art is described in short. It is offered to present the cyclogram of the machine as a directed graph, in which the basic functional groups and limiting operation are marked out. Special attention is drawn to the introduction of a technique for optimal synthesis of the technological machine cyclogram by applying the nonlinear optimisation method. The formulation of the standard network optimisation problem is given. Conclusions regarding the common character of the offered technique is made
