Abstract :
Based upon the generalization of the conventional models for printed board antenna elements and some recently formulated diffraction mechanisms, a genral scheme for analysing input characteristics, mutual effects, and radiation of planar antenna arrays has been developed. The method, as has been checked in practice, is especially suitable for higher microwave frequency band with potential of being generalized to millimeter wave region.
