Abstract :
This paper comprehensively analyzes several factors that influence the charging station planning for electric vehicles, and then an income optimization model of charging station planning for electric vehicles is built. In order to get the capacity requirements of the charging station in the planning area, the electric vehicles´ power demand is calculated based on the charging characteristics and trip characteristics of electric vehicles. The weighting coefficient of weighted Voronoi diagram is adjusted to make the service areas divided more reasonably and the load rate more balanced based on the distribution of electric vehicles. Combining the global searching ability of the particle swarm optimization and weighted Voronoi diagram, one model of charging station planning for electric vehicles is used to optimize the locations and service areas simultaneously. By calculating with an example, the test results indicate that the model is effective and the method is feasible.
