Abstract :
The solution of transborder natural, ecological and natural disaster processes demands a comprehensive approach. Its scale eliminates solving the problem within the framework of the separate territory. This requests cooperative participation of the country-participants of the region. Successful solving of the transborder natural, ecological and natural disaster processes demands prompt and daily monitoring and the use of space science and technology is inevitable.
