Abstract :
Based on industrial design theory and modern design methodology, this paper proposes a comprehensive strategy for architecture exterior color design according to the analysis of the current status and trend of existing color design tools. On the basis of three-dimensional color theory, this paper brings forward a scheme for color matching process of hue reconcilement, and develops a hue reconcilement tool based on architecture exterior color design according to the comparison of new and old schemes of configuration. This paper brings ¿hue reconcilement¿ theory in color configuration into the process of architecture exterior color design for the first time, and emphasizes the coordinating role of hue in the whole environment. In the process of realizing the hue reconcilement tool, special color selection is finished by constructing a exclusive-used color space. Then designer can modify color parameters according to architecture color card and identify color scheme after incorporating the effect of environmental factors as well as analogy and optimization of choosing and matching colors. This paper uses a research method which combines analysis, analogy and application of verification; takes into account factors such as color space attribute, color coordination effect, hue type compartmentalization and texture and lighting effect; further optimizes the method for architecture exterior color design; and finally improves the efficiency of design greatly.
