Abstract
Regional industrial system is a complex system, it has the characteristics of complex system, among which "emergency " is the most important, while whether the emergency emergerges or not depends on the self-organization degree of the system elements, therefore, in the paper, we first analyzed the structure of regional industrial complex system, knew about the composition of regional industrial system, and then we use "entropy" to measure the "orderly degree " (that is the self-organization degree) of the system. In the last part of the paper, we choose China\´s automobile industry to make an empirical analysis, from the result of the measurement, we can see it checked up with the developing practice of automobile industry.
