Abstract :
By introducing the cost-susceptivity factor, a multi-class Logit-based SUE model with diversification in travel budget and cost-susceptivity is proposed. Firstly, the corresponding flow loading algorithm is presented. Next, numerical example is employed to verify the efficiency of the algorithm and demonstrate the impact of traveler´s cost-susceptivity on the network flow distribution and total delay. The experimental result shows that, given the travel budgets, low cost-susceptivity contributes to distributed uniformity of the network flow and raises the network cost, whereas high one just leads to the opposite result. In addition, the higher cost-susceptive users are usually more capable of utilizing the network, whereas the more their proportion isn´t always the better to the whole network. Finally, a brief summary is provided.
