  • Abstract
    Based on the Game Theory, this paper set up a dynamic information Game Model. We used the method of the performance of two-dimensional classification proposed by Borman and Motowidlo. Then, we propose some countermeasures after analyzing the Contextual performance management of Civil Servants.
