Abstract :
Mentions several contact life measurement methods, and shows that the definition of life reliability is not clear. The author studied reliability concerning electrical contacts and electromechanical components. At this time, he shows studies concerning life and reliability test methods. Then, he proposes the new test method of contact life and reliability applied to random running systems. The total contact characteristics of display systems are shown.
