Abstract
The state-space average model is extended to multitopology switching-mode DC-DC converters and modified to have high precision without increased computation. The modified model is used both in continuous-conduction-mode (CCM) and discontinuous-conduction-mode (DCM) switching DC-DC converters. In particular, the modified model can be used for small-signal analysis of switching-mode PWM DC-DC converters, especially in computer-aided analysis.<>
