Abstract
A structure model of a vibration isolation system of a micro-manufacturing platform is presented. The isolation mechanics and organic texture of a woodpecker´s brain, which is good at vibration isolation, were studied. A structure model of the vibration isolation system of the micro-manufacturing platform was established based on bionics mechanics with active and passive isolation techniques. In consideration of the complex vibration environment and nonlinear micro-manufacturing platform, a fuzzy control algorithm is used. Results of simulations show that this control system can effectively restrain the disturbances.
