            Abstract : 
It is known that monitoring of the condition of the stator insulation by partial discharge (PD) analysis gives valuable information of the reliability and remaining life of the rotating machine. In this contribution using a new digital method of PD pattern analysis during on-line measurements on several turbogenerators, the effect of resonance frequencies on the measurement of PD patterns is studied
