Abstract :
Service process is a crucial concept deserving careful and ever-upgrading observations. Information diffusion hence the mediating function of ICT inside service process also requires being revisited with a fresh methodology. Cooperatively adopting the psychologically inclined D/S and C/T model, the paper develops a framework of analyzing ICT´s mediating role in the whole service life cycle extending service encounter into service preservation.
