Offshore Outsourcing Bridge: Designing and Development A Model Applied Management Platform for Chinese Offshore Outsourcing

The introduction of offshore outsourcing bridge (OOB), acting as a development model as well as a development concept, is based on the actual situation, combined with years of experience developing software offshore outsourcing by the software enterprises in China. This model, via applied management platform, establishes the management procedures and development framework using the CMM standards. Clients of this platform can be driven to proceed with the standardized management of the offshore software development and to enhance service quality.
