Abstract
The six-port reflectometer structure has been invented which may consist solely of lumped elements, is inherently dissipative but extremely broadband, covering bandwidths up to 3 decades of frequency. The contribution outlines the principle of operation of the device and presents some experiments with a GaAs monolithically integrated implementation operating in the frequency range 80 MHz - 7 GHz.
