  • Abstract
The findings of researches and rescue practice have shown that emergency supply plays a vital role in the first aid of natural disasters. Due to very limited time and poor conditions of transportation, as well as the difficulties in collaboration, emergency supply has been considered as the major obstacle to carrying out effective rescue. After analyzing the mechanism of government´s emergency management, this paper explored an integrated emergency supply chain system to improve its organization and operation more efficiently. In that system, various of first-aid supplies are disposed as the optimal distribution of resource grids, and a shared information platform is designed to provide the real-time information for all related parts. Thereof; the emergency supply chain can be efficiently organized and flexibly reconstructed to meet the changing demands in emergency rescue very quickly.
