Abstract :
By using the ADAMS, the dynamic parameters of three-body vibrating screen are extracted, and the simple finite element model is established on the basis of parameters in ANSYS. The amplitude-frequency curve and phase-frequency curve is obtained by using the harmonic analysis. According to the error between the simulated amplitude of the vibrating screen and the actual magnitude, the correctness of vibrating screen model is verified. By analyzing the rigid-body modes of the vibrating screen, the natural frequencies, mode shapes and other dynamic parameters are obtained. The results show that: the natural frequencies of three-body vibrating screen modes are more concentrated; the damping bearing is the weak link of the vibrating screen.
