Abstract
In multi-hop wireless networks two fundamental questions are, can multi-hop networks provide uninterrupted connectivity due to the mobility of the intermediate relay nodes and how to determine the service quality in a multi-hop network for a given network scenario. In this article we develop an analytical model to evaluate the performance of multi-hop networks. The analytical model is validated with simulation experiments carried out on NS-2.
