Abstract :
Drugs safety management always requests modern technology as support. This paper introduce the application of RFID in pharmaceutical cold-chain temperature logistic, especially in temperature monitoring system including making full use of RFID tags, temperature sensors and other technical advantages. Using RFID technology can real-time locate and monitor the temperature of cold chain drugs to achieve quality assurance of cold-chain pharmaceuticals in the supply chain process. The economic feasibility of RFID also be estimated in this article based on the case of SINOPHARM Logistic Co.Ltd (SHANGHAI).
