  • Abstract
    The communication needs in the next future will call on millimeter-wave (mm-wave) techniques for the transmission of information. We describe briefly two examples of mm-wave systems which are worked on in the "AIMS" Esprit project. These future mm-wave systems require the development of new classes of devices, which are also briefly dicussed.
