Abstract :
This paper explores how interpartner legitimacy and trust of distributors in supply chain affect access flexibility and partnership value based on distinction between physical distribution flexibility and demand management flexibility by using dyadic data and coalignment analysis. The results show that physical distribution flexibility coalignment has only been affected by interpartner legitimacy, while demand management flexibility is determined both by legitimacy and trust, through their mediating effect, it will influence distribution competitiveness.
