Abstract
The potentials of the Internet as an educational tool are being recognized both by instructors and learners. There are issues to be considered if the use of Internet is to become even more popular. A research made on 85 students of engineering, reveal some of the problems learners face using Internet now encounter. From the results obtained in this research it is expected that sound new policies will raise the level of Internet implementation in education in the future
