Abstract
Different crystal growth and quality information can be obtained through the simultaneous acquisition of transmitted and reflected second-harmonic-generation images, which is combined with multiphoton, multimodal nonlinear microscopy to study the optical property in lateral-epitaxially-overgrown GaN
