Abstract :
We developed an electron beam mastering machine and reported that the performance is more than satisfactory. We report on disk performance evaluation results first for a recording capacity of 20 and 25 GB by reading out the stamper through a substrate, then the ultra high-density recording by optimizing the recording condition.
