  • Abstract
    If one´s eye can be detected by camera, it can be applied to observe action of humans, and to check looking aside when driving. There is no effective method now, because of changing condition of light and direction of face on image. Therefore in this paper, we propose the method that extracts the region of the eyes out of a facial image by genetic algorithm and detect one´s eye. This method is not influenced by neither situation or expression and direction of face by devising string and fitness
