Abstract :
The field model for the calculation of the torque-speed characteristics of the industrial type d.c. motor PXOVKf 104b-2 is presented. The 2D FEM method is used. The influence of the magnetization level of the magnetic circuit as well as the properties of the magnetic constructional materials on the shape of torque-speed characteristics are analyzed. Finally, the possibilities of motor construction modifications, from the point of view of the required shape of this characteristic, are discussed
