Abstract
As an important part of modern human resource management, career management helps employees achieve their career goals, thus gets the co-win of individuals, organizations and community. Based on the elaboration of the concept of career management, this paper discusses the object and significance of career management in hotels, then discusses the current situation and existing problems, and puts forward several improvement countermeasures of career management of hotel employees.
