Abstract
A new algorithm for the wideband analysis of arbitrarily shaped 3-D waveguide junctions is briefly described. Using a special full-wave method, the algorithm determines the poles and the residues of the y-matrix directly, thus permitting to obtain the representation of the circuit in the whole band of interest and avoiding time-consuming frequency-by-frequency field computations
