Abstract :
In order to solve the metrological problem for electrostatic dynamic voltmeter, the high stability controllable high voltage pulse power supply, standard pulse voltage divider and data acquirement system based on virtual instrument were developed. The calibration equipment of extended uncertainty 0.3% for electrostatic dynamic high voltage was established.
