Abstract :
High-speed differential signaling interface devices, which are often compatible with low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS), current mode logic (CML), and low-voltage positive/pseudo emitter-coupled logic (LVPECL) inputs/outputs, were tested for their sensitivity to heavy ions and protons.
