Abstract :
Social entrepreneurship has been rapidly emerging in the public and non-profit sectors over the last few years. Successful social entrepreneurship rely more on social entrepreneurs´ personal vision and charisma to reach social mission and fulfill social needs. This paper first tries to define the personal value of social entrepreneurs and then employs the method of statistical analysis to find out the relationship between personal value and social entrepreneurs´ personal leadership performance and social organizational performance corporate social capital on social entrepreneurship success. The results indicates that personal value of social entrepreneur has impressive and direct positive influence on leadership performance and social organizational performance, some reasons for the results are discussed.
