Abstract
The exciting of the waves in a plasma are one of the most important problem in new methods of acceleration using plasma waveguides. The task become particularly complicated if the external magnetic field appear because in this case the plasma will be anisotropic. The authors consider the excitation of the impedance linear antenna arbitrarily oriented in a anisotropic plasma characterized by the dielectric permittivity tensor.
