Abstract :
In the automated design of complicated devices a main role is played not only by the optimal regimes of electronic and radio components assurance, but also by the no-failure operation components working together. These questions are not studied in the literature, although failure statistics shows that with increasing integration they become more pressing. In this paper an approach for determining the probability of survival of components working together is proposed.
