            Abstract : 
In this paper an extension of the Spectral Domain Technique is suggested in order to analyse planar structures on anisotropic substrates with biaxial dielectric and/or magnetic anisotropy. As an application, a coplanar waveguide is studied. The effects of magnetic anisotropy on the propagation constant, on the field lines and on the power distribution are discussed.
