Abstract

The influential factors, e.g. the management of government and the loans provision of banks were analyzed aiming at the reasons of real estate extortionate price in Wuhan. It has been deduced that the loans control is the most effective way to restrain extortionate price of real estate by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Moreover, the suggestion that the local government should take the advantage of the global financial crisis to adjust urban development has been proposed.
