Abstract :
The scattering behaviour of air bridges for coplanar monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMIC´s) is investigated using a three-dimensional Finite-Difference method (FDM). Results on the reflection parameters of the coplanar mode and the transmission parameters of the parasitic slot-line mode axe presented.
