Abstract

In China, Regional Innovation Systems (RIS) have been rapidly developed. Knowledge Information Service (KIS) construction for regional innovation system is the enterprise innovation guarantee factor and is one essential part for superior national innovation system. Deficiency of knowledge information service has restricted innovation system development. This paper covered a certain number of key research achievements concerning this subject and it contributes a comprehensive review. The literature is further classified by its topic and the major outcomes and existing problems are addressed. Following implications for future research are provided.
