Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present the design and performances of an Ultra Flat Gain Amplifier for space applications. An MMIC implementation has been realized using THOMSON foundry service. 12 dB gain is obtained with a very low ripple lower than 0.1 dBpp over 10.7 - 12.75 GHz bandwidth. The chip size, including bias circuitry, is 1.8 Ã 1.3 mm2.
