Ancillary Service plays an essential role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of power system. As one of the most important ancillary services, AGC has the characteristic that strong in coupling with electric energy, so setting up scientific AGC dispatch schedule becomes a practical problem to be solved urgently. This text has analyzed the energy saving dispatching impact on ancillary service especially AGC, probed into the realization way of energy and AGC plan, set up AGC as the restraint condition of energy, Multiple Optimization Model of AGC and Energy, and Optimization Mode step by step of AGC and Energy, and analyzed the characteristics of three kinds of different models. Finally the text has verified the validity of the models through calculating the example.
