Abstract
A scheme of average clamping voltage feedback with two-amplitude link voltage control for actively clamped resonant DC-link inverter is proposed in this paper. It realizes the clamping voltage balance without the bus short-circuit time control and greatly reduces the DC link losses. The commutation process is analyzed in detail and theoretical calculation is made to find the main factors that cause unbalance. Simulation and experimental results are given to confirm the feasibility and effectiveness
