Abstract :
This paper firstly reviews basic process of Chinese SMEs e-commerce, analyzes some e-commerce models applicable to Chinese SMEs, according to the existing problems, and puts forwards an e-commerce model of ASP which should be widely applicable to Chinese SMEs, which are of great significance for the development of Chinese SMEs. All of these will also have an important reference to the application of e-commerce in developing countries.
